Socialists/Leftists Are The Most Bigoted People Anywhere

Before you start rattling off a list that begins with Ku Klux Klan (KKK), you might want to look at their origins and then thank me for the link, agree that they were Leftist, Statist, bigoted busybodies who wanted to restrict individual liberty through legislation and terror.

Now, for the freshest Leftist bigotry in America, we need only look at the MSNBC video of one young Mr. Touré exposing his own bigotry toward race-mixing (video and story at the link, video also embed below).  As quoted by RCP:

Martin Bashir, host: "Toure, you were just nodding your head agreeing with Karen? What, on the ethnicity of the accuser?"

Toure: "Yes, absolutely. Charles Blow was talking about this the other day. What sort of comb, he says, does these women use? We're going to see how open the GOP is to this black -- their 'new black friend' when they find out he is harassing blonde women as opposed to black women. That sort of thing of black sexuality -- predatory black sexuality. Very frightening in this country, still. Very threatening. So we'll see how that plays out. "

The Charles Blow comment in question is eluding me for some reason after searching  Google, You Tube, and other search facilities.

Apparently Mr. Touré does not get out much.  If he did, he would see every variety of racial mixing in American society without a bit of Conservative harassment to be found.  That is, unless you categorize the New Black Panther Party and King Samir Shabazz as some, as yet unknown, flavor of Conservative:

Sadly, the video above is now missing the clip embeded below and the good King Shabazz does not appear when searched on their site.  He shouts from a bull horn that he wants to kill all white people and screams at Black men "sliding through South street with filthy White cracker whores".  National Geographic terms this as King Shabazz preaching separatism "only to his people."


Point being, nothing has changed with the Progressives/Socialists/Leftists of the 1860s.

No Wonder It Took Truman So Long To Integrate The Military

As I have stated previously, so far as the Left/Right spectrum of politics goes, the American Republicans and Democrats are together, shoulder to shoulder, at the left edge of the scale.  They are both Statist Socialists to the extreme.  However, they are not identical.  The Democrats definitely are the more racist of the two.  Academia and the Mainstream Media are in an active obfuscation of this fact.

Barry Goldwater: The Anti-Racist

For example, take Harry Truman vs. Barry Goldwater.  College professors and news writers tell us that Truman was crusading for racial equality in America, racially desegregating the US military while Barry Goldwater was a Jim Crow loving hater of blacks who wanted to bring slavery back.

In fact, both are completely the opposite of the truth.  It is easy enough to look up (on your own) that Barry Goldwater's racial desegregation of the Arizona Air National Guard predated Harry Truman's desegregation of anything.  Goldwater once opposed one provision of the Voting Rights Act, the Public Accommodations Clause, that told business owners who they must serve.  A simple ban on Jim Crow type laws, that existed mostly in Democrat controlled States, would have been a proper solution.

Somehow, all of that is incredibly easy to find.  What is harder to find, although familiar with scholars, are the racist words of Harry Truman, written in his own hand:

In 1911, the year he turned 27, Truman wrote to his future wife, Bess: "I think one man is just as good as another so long as he's honest and decent and not a nigger or a Chinaman. Uncle Will says that the Lord made a white man from dust, a nigger from mud, then He threw up what was left and it came down a Chinaman."

"(Uncle Will) does hate Chinese and Japs," Truman continued. "So do I. It is race prejudice, I guess. But I am strongly of the opinion Negroes ought to be in Africa, yellow men in Asia and white men in Europe and America."

More than 25 years later, Truman, then a U.S. senator from Missouri, wrote a letter to his daughter describing waiters at The White House as "an army of coons." In a letter to his wife in 1939 he referred to "nigger picnic day."

This was published in 1991.  Twenty years later, we hear more about Ron Paul's alleged racist letters than we hear about this.

Granted, Truman was not the Soviet Socialism lover that Franklin Delano Roosevelt was.  Truman made the mistake of confronting the Soviets on several fronts while the government was packed with Soviet sympathizers courtesy of FDR.  He expressed his socialism in completely different ways, like forcing mine and rail workers to work free when they expressed their freedom to strike, a Gulag-lite system.

The bigotry that Democrats condoned and championed became a great benefit to the Soviets for exploitation of minorities and blackmail of homosexuals to gain valuable military and industrial intelligence information during the Cold War.

The latest Socialistic foot stomping fetish is the "Occupy Wall Street" crowd.  It is nothing new, nothing unique, in the history of the Socialist core belief: "Others have stuff, let's beat them up and steal it!"  This latest eruption of the fetish began with a group of whiny crybabies who were against something, but not for anything.  It is yet another in endless reruns of 1884 Chicago, with less focus.

Occupy Wall Street is now a catchall for any and all whiny persons who decided to borrow money for a liberal arts degree, or worse, but did not manage to become rich in the process.  Their messages are the same, "nobody gave us enough stuff, so we want the government to take it from others."  The "movement" is full of the examples captured at latf99p.com

Let me rephrase that for the bitch.

When he was 19, he joined the Navy to make something of himself. I was too self-absorbed to follow him and nobody told me I needed to cut the cord to mom & dad when I got married.

This is just the latest street theater (what better way for a bunch of unemployed artists to express themselves?) is no different than the antics of Albert Parson's in 19th century Chicago.  Expect this bunch to head to the suburbs soon, knocking on the doors of the "capitalists" who "deprived" them.  Don't expect them to march, they have public funded transportation now.

Do You Know Of The Racism Of Progressive Hero Jack London?

The Yukon city of Whitehorse announced plans last year to rename one of its main streets Jack London Road. London was in the Yukon during its 1890s gold rush, leaving with only scurvy and his literary inspiration. Before Whitehorse could put up its new street signs, however, a local Indian tribe called the Kwanlin Dun objected. Some of London's personal letters, they charged, contained racist views. According to an account in The Washington Post, these "appeared to advocate white superiority." His defenders tried to save the day, arguing, in the Post's words, that London "was relatively progressive for his era." But an embarrassed Whitehorse decided to drop London.

Actually, both of these characterizations -- that London "appeared to advocate" racism, and that he was "relatively progressive" -- are not only true, they are real understatements.

The article cites many of London's writings, including The Unparalleled Invasion, a story about a Western invasion of China and exterminating Asians with germ warfare.  That one story on its own is no evidence of racism.  In my fiction, I write of all sorts of horribles that happen to the main characters, bigotry, torture, involuntary sexual servitude, etc. that I do not want happening to anybody in reality.  Hopefully that is obvious by my non-fiction, serious positions on these issues.  Jack London obviously wanted his non-fiction bigotry to flow through his fiction and Unparalleled Invasion was his bigoted, genocidal dream.  Perhaps it is this habit of so many fiction writers, to fictionalize their true desires, that causes people to assume none of us can just make things up in the quest for an interesting story.

The denial that the American Left grew from the same branch of Socialism that the German National Socialists grew from borders on criminal.  The antics of the American Left truly are criminal.

One reason that the American Left exists at all is an accident in good fortune.  The same sort of accident that benefited Mahatmas Gandhi in India benefits the Left in America: an enemy with a soft heart.  I am still searching for a laissez-faire, free market, "Right Wing" regime in the history of the world that brutally suppressed Socialists.

The closest that I have found is the Pinochet government of Chile.  The only problem there is, that regime began with a Socialistic command economic frame and left power after moving the economy toward the free market.  Even while they were operating as a Socialistic military dictatorship, they were not particularly brutal.  In comparison, the number of people Che Guevara murdered in Cuba is about the same number of opponents that Pinochet had merely jailed in Chile.  Pinochet's victims were freed, Guevara's are lost forever.
